紛紛群小。譬彼茅草。乘時蓬勃。終付一燒。夭夭灼灼。豈能長好。

But you, Lord, are forever exalted.

May they know that you alone— whose name is the LORD— are the Most High over the whole earth.

My adversaries trample me all day, for many arrogantly fight against me.

About that time King Herod violently attacked some who belonged to the church,

They will perish, but you will endure; all of them will wear out like clothing. You will change them like a garment, and they will pass away.But you are the same, and your years will never end.

Greater than the roar of a huge torrent— the mighty breakers of the sea— the LORD on high is majestic.

If you see oppression of the poor and perversion of justice and righteousness in the province, don’t be astonished at the situation, because one official protects another official, and higher officials protect them.

But at the end of those days, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven, and my sanity returned to me. Then I praised the Most High and honored and glorified him who lives forever: For his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing, and he does what he wants with the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. There is no one who can block his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

The assembled people began to shout,“ It’s the voice of a god and not of a man!”At once an angel of the Lord struck him because he did not give the glory to God, and he was eaten by worms and died.But the word of God spread and multiplied.
