目覩敵潰。親聞其噩。以戒以愼。以欣以樂。

The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon;

The trees of the Lord are full of sap, The cedars of Lebanon which He planted,

Like valleys that stretch out, Like gardens by the riverside, Like aloes planted by the Lord, Like cedars beside the waters.

But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the mercy of God forever and ever.

In His days the righteous shall flourish, And abundance of peace, Until the moon is no more.

“ Yet it was I who destroyed the Amorite before them, Whose height was like the height of the cedars, And he was as strong as the oaks; Yet I destroyed his fruit above And his roots beneath.
