It is good to praise the Lord and make music to your name, O Most High,

Lord, it is good to praise you. Most High God, it is good to make music to honor you.

It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High;

It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High.

It is good to give thanks to the Lord And to sing praises to Your name, Most High;

It is good to give thanks to the Lord, And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High;

It is a good thing to give thanks unto Jehovah, And to sing praises unto thy name, O Most High;

It is good to praise Yahweh, to sing praise to Your name, Most High,

It is fitting to thank the LORD, and to sing praises to your name, O sovereign One!

It is a good thing to give thanks to Yahweh, to sing praises to your name, Most High,

Hallelujah! How good it is to sing to our God, for praise is pleasant and lovely.

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his faithful love and his wondrous works for all humanity.Let them offer thanksgiving sacrifices and announce his works with shouts of joy.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his faithful love endures forever.

speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music with your heart to the Lord,

Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good; sing praise to his name, for it is delightful.

But as for me, God’s presence is my good. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, so I can tell about all you do.

But at the end of those days, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven, and my sanity returned to me. Then I praised the Most High and honored and glorified him who lives forever: For his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing, and he does what he wants with the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. There is no one who can block his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”At that time my sanity returned to me, and my majesty and splendor returned to me for the glory of my kingdom. My advisers and my nobles sought me out, I was reestablished over my kingdom, and even more greatness came to me.Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt, and glorify the King of the heavens, because all his works are true and his ways are just. He is able to humble those who walk in pride.

For the High and Exalted One, who lives forever, whose name is holy, says this:“ I live in a high and holy place, and with the oppressed and lowly of spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and revive the heart of the oppressed.

But you, LORD, are exalted forever.

Your Majesty, the Most High God gave sovereignty, greatness, glory, and majesty to your predecessor Nebuchadnezzar.

Whoever offers a thanksgiving sacrifice honors me, and whoever orders his conduct, I will show him the salvation of God.”

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his faithful love and his wondrous works for all humanity.

Rejoice in the LORD, you righteous ones; praise from the upright is beautiful.

I will sacrifice a freewill offering to you. I will praise your name, LORD, because it is good.

“ If you keep from desecrating the Sabbath, from doing whatever you want on my holy day; if you call the Sabbath a delight, and the holy day of the LORD honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, seeking your own pleasure, or talking business;then you will delight in the LORD, and I will make you ride over the heights of the land, and let you enjoy the heritage of your father Jacob.” For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his faithful love and his wondrous works for all humanity.

I said,“ You are gods; you are all sons of the Most High.

I will praise you forever for what you have done. In the presence of your faithful people, I will put my hope in your name, for it is good.

Each of the four living creatures had six wings; they were covered with eyes around and inside. Day and night they never stop, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God, the Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come.Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to the one seated on the throne, the one who lives forever and ever,the twenty-four elders fall down before the one seated on the throne and worship the one who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne and say,Our Lord and God, you are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because you have created all things, and by your will they exist and were created.

Therefore, through him let us continually offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of lips that confess his name.

but the Most High does not dwell in sanctuaries made with hands, as the prophet says:Heaven is my throne, and the earth my footstool. What sort of house will you build for me? says the Lord, or what will be my resting place?

Therefore, a Sabbath rest remains for God’s people.
