A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.

Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the LORD.But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh,[ which were] of the men that went to search the land, lived[ still].

And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained[ alive], and they that[ were] with him in the ark.
