Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;Who satisfieth thy mouth with good[ things; so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
How excellent[ is] thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.
Blessed[ is the man whom] thou choosest, and causest to approach[ unto thee, that] he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house,[ even] of thy holy temple.
Because thy lovingkindness[ is] better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.My soul shall be satisfied as[ with] marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise[ thee] with joyful lips:
Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation,[ and] bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they[ were] not.
