昔余瀕死、耶和華拯之兮、今敵苦我、望耶和華憫之兮、

求主憐恤我、鑒察我仇人加於我之苦難、從死門中將我救援、

Lord, see how my enemies persecute me! Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,

Lord, see how badly my enemies treat me! Help me! Don’t let me go down to the gates of death!

Be gracious to me, O Lord! See my affliction from those who hate me, O you who lift me up from the gates of death,

Lord, have mercy on me. See how my enemies torment me. Snatch me back from the jaws of death.

平生宿願。何以償之。中心藏之。何目忘之。誓將主德。宣而揚之。

長跪白我主。惟主可庇身。茫茫塵海裏。主是我乾坤。

曩日罹危難。羅網周圍布。憂心信如結。性命瀕陰府。竭聲呼主名。除主復誰怙。

盍一顧盼。加以矜憐。俾我承恩。廁身群賢。

鑒我阨窮。拔我泥中。未忘爾法。耿耿其忠。

願承平生罪。翼翼自小心。

是處適有石缸六、原為猶太俗取潔禮而設者、每缸容水二三罈。

雖有珍羞。亦焉能食。戚戚嗟嗟。日與死逼。宛轉病榻。惟存喘息。
