The LORD said,“ I have made a covenant with my chosen one; I have sworn an oath to David my servant:

「我與我所揀選的人立了約，向我的僕人大衛起了誓：

「我與我所揀選的人立了約，向我的僕人大衛起了誓：

你曾說：「我與我所揀選的人立了約，向我的僕人大衛起了誓，

你曾說：‘我和我所揀選的人立了約，向我的僕人大衛起了誓，說：

『我對我所揀選的人立了約；我向我僕人大衛起了誓：

你曾說：「我與我所揀選的人立了約，我向我的僕人大衛起了誓：

我與所簡之人立約、對於我僕大衛宣誓兮、

維昔上帝、曰、臣僕大闢、余所遴選、與之盟約兮、

主曾云、我與我所選之人立約、向我僕人大衛發誓、

惟仁為安宅。惟義乃天梯。

You said,“ I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David my servant,

You said,“ Here is the covenant I have made with my chosen one. Here is the promise I have made to my servant David.

You have said,“ I have made a covenant with my chosen one; I have sworn to David my servant:

The Lord said,“ I have made a covenant with David, my chosen servant. I have sworn this oath to him:

“ I have made a covenant with My chosen; I have sworn to My servant David,

“ I have made a covenant with My chosen, I have sworn to My servant David:

I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant:

The Lord said,“ I have made a covenant with My chosen one; I have sworn an oath to David My servant:

I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,

The LORD said,“ I have made a covenant with my chosen one; I have made a promise on oath to David, my servant:

“ I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David, my servant,

The LORD swore an oath to David, a promise he will not abandon:“ I will set one of your offspring on your throne.

I will designate a place for my people Israel and plant them, so that they may live there and not be disturbed again. Evildoers will not continue to oppress them as they have doneever since the day I ordered judges to be over my people Israel. I will give you rest from all your enemies.“‘ The LORD declares to you: The LORD himself will make a house for you.When your time comes and you rest with your ancestors, I will raise up after you your descendant, who will come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.He is the one who will build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.I will be his father, and he will be my son. When he does wrong, I will discipline him with a rod of men and blows from mortals.But my faithful love will never leave him as it did when I removed it from Saul, whom I removed from before you.Your house and kingdom will endure before me forever, and your throne will be established forever.’”

“ This is what the LORD says: If you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night so that day and night cease to come at their regular time,then also my covenant with my servant David may be broken. If that could happen, then he would not have a son reigning on his throne and the Levitical priests would not be my ministers.

And a voice from heaven said,“ This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased.”

“ Since the day I brought my people Israel out of Egypt, I have not chosen a city to build a temple in among any of the tribes of Israel, so that my name would be there. But I have chosen David to rule my people Israel.”

They will serve the LORD their God and David their king, whom I will raise up for them.

Since he was a prophet, he knew that God had sworn an oath to him to seat one of his descendants on his throne.

I will not violate my covenant or change what my lips have said.Once and for all I have sworn an oath by my holiness; I will not lie to David.

“ This is my servant; I strengthen him, this is my chosen one; I delight in him. I have put my Spirit on him; he will bring justice to the nations.

Here is my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.He will not argue or shout, and no one will hear his voice in the streets.He will not break a bruised reed, and he will not put out a smoldering wick, until he has led justice to victory.The nations will put their hope in his name.

He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of his father David.He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and his kingdom will have no end.”

You have repudiated the covenant with your servant; you have completely dishonored his crown.

but he became a priest with an oath made by the one who said to him: The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind,“ You are a priest forever.”

Is it not true my house is with God? For he has established a permanent covenant with me, ordered and secured in every detail. Will he not bring about my whole salvation and my every desire?

He chose David his servant and took him from the sheep pens;

I will establish over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he will shepherd them. He will tend them himself and will be their shepherd.I, the LORD, will be their God, and my servant David will be a prince among them. I, the LORD, have spoken.

Pay attention and come to me; listen, so that you will live. I will make a permanent covenant with you on the basis of the faithful kindnesses of David.

May God punish Abner and do so severely if I don’t do for David what the LORD swore to him:

Afterward, the people of Israel will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king. They will come with awe to the LORD and to his goodness in the last days.

I will always preserve my faithful love for him, and my covenant with him will endure.

You once spoke in a vision to your faithful ones and said,“ I have granted help to a warrior; I have exalted one chosen from the people.
