Indeed, of Zion it will be said,“ This one and that one were born in her, and the Most High himself will establish her.”

Certainly it will be said about Zion,“ This nation and that nation were born in it. The Most High God himself will make it secure.”

And of Zion it shall be said,“ This one and that one were born in her”; for the Most High himself will establish her.

Regarding Jerusalem it will be said,“ Everyone enjoys the rights of citizenship there.” And the Most High will personally bless this city.

And it will be said of Zion,“ This one and that one were born in her.” The Most High himself will establish her.

But of Zion it will be said,“ This one and that one were born in her”; And the Most High Himself will establish her.

And of Zion it will be said,“ This one and that one were born in her; And the Most High Himself shall establish her.”

Yea, of Zion it shall be said, This one and that one was born in her; And the Most High himself will establish her.

And it will be said of Zion,“ This one and that one were born in her.” The Most High Himself will establish her.

And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.

Yes, of Zion it will be said,“ This one and that one was born in her;” the Most High himself will establish her.

What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Jesus replied,“ I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”Nicodemus said to him,“ How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb and be born a second time, can he?”Jesus answered,“ I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

And what more shall I say? For time will fail me if I tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets.Through faith they conquered kingdoms, administered justice, gained what was promised, shut the mouths of lions,quenched raging fire, escaped the edge of the sword, gained strength in weakness, became mighty in battle, put foreign armies to flight,and women received back their dead raised to life. But others were tortured, not accepting release, to obtain resurrection to a better life.And others experienced mocking and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment.They were stoned, sawed apart, murdered with the sword; they went about in sheepskins and goatskins; they were destitute, afflicted, ill- treated( the world was not worthy of them); they wandered in deserts and mountains and caves and openings in the earth.And these all were commended for their faith, yet they did not receive what was promised.For God had provided something better for us, so that they would be made perfect together with us.Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, we must get rid of every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and run with endurance the race set out for us,keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set out for him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.

The circumference of the city will be six miles. The name of the city from that day forward will be:‘ The LORD Is There.’”

You have been born anew, not from perishable but from imperishable seed, through the living and enduring word of God.For all flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of the grass; the grass withers and the flower falls off,

But to all who have received him– those who believe in his name– he has given the right to become God’s children– children not born by human parents or by human desire or a husband’s decision, but by God.Now the Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We saw his glory– the glory of the one and only, full of grace and truth, who came from the Father.

For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith.For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female– for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.

They all gather and come to you– your sons come from far away and your daughters are escorted by guardians.Then you will look and smile, you will be excited and your heart will swell with pride. For the riches of distant lands will belong to you and the wealth of nations will come to you.Camel caravans will cover your roads, young camels from Midian and Ephah. All the merchants of Sheba will come, bringing gold and incense and singing praises to the LORD.All the sheep of Kedar will be gathered to you; the rams of Nebaioth will be available to you as sacrifices. They will go up on my altar acceptably, and I will bestow honor on my majestic temple.Who are these who float along like a cloud, who fly like doves to their shelters?Indeed, the coastlands look eagerly for me, the large ships are in the lead, bringing your sons from far away, along with their silver and gold, to honor the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has bestowed honor on you.

But you have come to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the assemblyand congregation of the firstborn, who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous, who have been made perfect,and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.

They will sprout up like a tree in the grass, like poplars beside channels of water.One will say,‘ I belong to the LORD,’ and another will use the name‘ Jacob.’ One will write on his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ and use the name‘ Israel.’”

We heard about God’s mighty deeds, now we have seen them, in the city of the LORD, the invincible Warrior, in the city of our God. God makes it permanently secure.( Selah)
