耶和华啊，求你用手使我脱离世人——他们只在今生有份：你用你所储藏的填满他们的肚腹；他们也因有儿女而满足，还把剩余的留给他们的幼儿。至于我，我要在公义中仰望你的脸；当我醒来时，就因你的形像而满足。

不要让我的心偏向恶事，以致我与作孽的人一同行恶；也不要让我吃他们的美食。愿义人击打我——这是慈爱，愿他责备我——这是头上的膏油，不要让我的头拒绝！要知道，我的祷告一直针对恶人的恶行。

万军之耶和华啊，你的住所多么令人爱慕！我的灵魂切慕渴想耶和华的院宇；我的心和我的肉体向永生的神欢呼。

求你发出你的光和真理，愿它们引导我，将我带到你的圣山，带到你的住所。我就来到神的祭坛，来到神——我最大的喜乐那里；神哪，我的神，我要用竖琴称谢你！

要知道，顺着肉体的人，思想属肉体的事；顺着圣灵的人，思想属圣灵的事。属肉体的思想带来死亡；属圣灵的思想带来生命和平安。

你们却看重那穿华丽衣服的人，对他说“请你坐在这好位子上”，而对那穷人说“你站在那里”，或说“坐在我的脚凳下边”；

到了第三天，他们发现耶稣在圣殿里，坐在教师们当中，一边听，一边问。
