惟彼不知不識、行於幽暗、地基動搖兮、

嗟爾士師、懵然無知、昧於正理、其心昏昏、柱石傾頽兮。

但彼皆無知、不明情理、行於黑暗、世之根基盡皆動搖、

若輩何昏昧。不復識天理。徬徨黑闇中。綱常已頹廢。

“ The‘ gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

“ You leaders don’t know anything. You don’t understand anything. You are in the dark about what is right. Law and order have been destroyed all over the world.

They have neither knowledge nor understanding, they walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

But these oppressors know nothing; they are so ignorant! They wander about in darkness, while the whole world is shaken to the core.

如果根基被毀，義人還能做什麼呢？

那些人離棄正直的路途，走在黑暗的道路上；

耶穌說：「光在你們當中的時候不多了。要趁著有光的時候行走，免得黑暗抓住你們！因為在黑暗裡行走的人，不知道自己往哪裡去。

正是因為他們恨惡知識，沒有選擇敬畏耶和華，

難道所有作惡的都不明白嗎？他們吞噬我的子民像吃飯那樣，他們不呼求耶和華。

萬軍之耶和華的葡萄園就是以色列家，他所喜歡的樹就是猶大人。他指望公正，看哪，卻有流血！他指望公義，看哪，卻有哀聲！

不過神堅固的根基始終確立，上面有這樣的印記：「主認識那些屬於自己的人」還有「所有稱呼主名的人都要離開不義」。

智慧人看得見他的道路，愚昧人卻在黑暗中行走。不過我也明白，同樣的命運會臨到他們這兩種人。

既然人不願意真正認識神，神就任憑他們存敗壞的理性，去做那些不該做的事。

「所定的罪是這樣的：光來到了世界，人們卻因自己的行為邪惡，不喜愛光，反喜愛黑暗。

大地和其上所有的居民都消融時，是我穩固了大地的柱子。細拉

我還看到在日光之下，在審判的地方有奸惡，在公義的地方也有奸惡。

因此公正遠離我們，公義追不上我們。我們指望光明，看哪，卻是黑暗；我們指望亮光，卻行走在幽暗之中！

惡人的道路卻如幽暗黑夜，他們不知道被什麼絆倒。

難道作惡的都不明白嗎？他們吞噬我的子民像吃飯那樣，他們不呼求神。
