爾何毀其垣、任路人摘之、

今曷毀其藩籬、任為路人折取兮、

主因何拆毀護樹之藩籬、任行路之人折取、

扶疎臨海角。蔓衍到幼法。

For the Lord will restore the excellence of Jacob Like the excellence of Israel, For the emptiers have emptied them out And ruined their vine branches.

He will come and destroy those vinedressers and give the vineyard to others.” And when they heard it they said,“ Certainly not!”

For before the harvest, when the bud is perfect And the sour grape is ripening in the flower, He will both cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks And take away and cut down the branches.They will be left together for the mountain birds of prey And for the beasts of the earth; The birds of prey will summer on them, And all the beasts of the earth will winter on them.
