Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.

Thou leddest thy people like a flock, By the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Jehovah reigneth; let the peoples tremble: He sitteth above the cherubim; let the earth be moved.

And David arose, and went with all the people that were with him, from Baale- judah, to bring up from thence the ark of God, which is called by the Name, even the name of Jehovah of hosts that sitteth above the cherubim.

As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, like the appearance of torches: the fire went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.When he hath put forth all his own, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

Give ear to my prayer, O God; And hide not thyself from my supplication.

And Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah, and said, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, that sittest above the cherubim, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.

Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, That thou shouldest despise the work of thy hands, And shine upon the counsel of the wicked?

I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and mine own know me,

Moreover he refused the tent of Joseph, And chose not the tribe of Ephraim,

And when the chief Shepherd shall be manifested, ye shall receive the crown of glory that fadeth not away.

But he led forth his own people like sheep, And guided them in the wilderness like a flock.

Turn us again, O Jehovah God of hosts; Cause thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.

Now therefore, O our God, hearken unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake.

And the cherubim shall spread out their wings on high, covering the mercy- seat with their wings, with their faces one to another; toward the mercy- seat shall the faces of the cherubim be.And thou shalt put the mercy- seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy- seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth shined with his glory.

He will feed his flock like a shepherd, he will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead those that have their young.

O Jehovah, thou God to whom vengeance belongeth, Thou God to whom vengeance belongeth, shine forth.
