免得他们像他们的列祖，成了顽梗悖逆的一代，心不坚定的一代，他们的心对神不忠。

以免像他们的祖先，成为顽梗悖逆、心里不坚定、灵里对神不忠实的一代。

不要像他們的祖宗，是頑梗悖逆、心不堅定，向上帝心不忠實之輩。

不要像他們的祖宗，是頑梗悖逆、心不堅定，向神心不忠實之輩。

也不會像自己的祖先那樣頑梗叛逆，對上帝不忠，心懷二意。

免得他們像他們的列祖，成了頑梗悖逆的一代，心不堅定的一代，他們的心對神不忠。

免致像他們祖宗、做頑梗悖逆的一代，做居心不堅定、心對上帝不忠實的一代。

以免像他們的祖先，成為頑梗悖逆、心裡不堅定、靈裡對神不忠實的一代。

勿效厥祖、斯代頑梗悖逆、其心不正、其神不堅於上帝兮、

毋濟祖惡、如祖悖逆、其心不正、其志不立、以事上帝兮。

莫傚其列祖違背叛逆、居心不中正、向天主意不誠實、

毋效乃父。頑梗成性。懷主不篤。厥心不正。

They would not be like their ancestors— a stubborn and rebellious generation, whose hearts were not loyal to God, whose spirits were not faithful to him.

They would not be like their people who lived long ago. Those people were stubborn. They refused to obey God. They turned away from him. Their spirits were not faithful to him.

and that they should not be like their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation whose heart was not steadfast, whose spirit was not faithful to God.

Then they will not be like their ancestors— stubborn, rebellious, and unfaithful, refusing to give their hearts to God.

Then they would not be like their ancestors, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation whose heart was not loyal and whose spirit was not faithful to God.

因他們的心向他不正，在他的約上也不忠心。

耶和華對摩西說：「我看這百姓真是硬着頸項的百姓。

因為我知道你們是悖逆的，是硬着頸項的。我今日還活着與你們同在，你們尚且悖逆耶和華，何況我死後呢？

「我在曠野對他們的兒女說：不要遵行你們父親的律例，不要謹守他們的惡規，也不要因他們的偶像玷污自己。

領你到那流奶與蜜之地。我自己不同你們上去；因為你們是硬着頸項的百姓，恐怕我在路上把你們滅絕。」

「你們這硬着頸項、心與耳未受割禮的人，常時抗拒聖靈！你們的祖宗怎樣，你們也怎樣。

你們不要效法你們列祖和你們的弟兄；他們干犯耶和華－他們列祖的神，以致耶和華丟棄他們，使他們敗亡，正如你們所見的。

他們卻不聽從，竟硬着頸項，效法他們列祖，不信服耶和華－他們的神，

你若將心安正，又向主舉手；

羅波安行惡，因他不立定心意尋求耶和華。

然而，同我上去的眾弟兄使百姓的心消化；但我專心跟從耶和華－我的神。當日摩西起誓說：『你腳所踏之地定要歸你和你的子孫永遠為業，因為你專心跟從耶和華－我的神。』

惟有你們專靠耶和華－你們神的人，今日全都存活。

自從我認識你們以來，你們常常悖逆耶和華。

他對我說：「人子啊，我差你往悖逆的國民以色列人那裏去。他們是悖逆我的，他們和他們的列祖違背我，直到今日。這眾子面無羞恥，心裏剛硬。我差你往他們那裏去，你要對他們說：主耶和華如此說。他們或聽，或不聽，（他們是悖逆之家），必知道在他們中間有了先知。人子啊，雖有荊棘和蒺藜在你那裏，你又住在蠍子中間，總不要怕他們，也不要怕他們的話；他們雖是悖逆之家，還不要怕他們的話，也不要因他們的臉色驚惶。他們或聽，或不聽，你只管將我的話告訴他們；他們是極其悖逆的。「人子啊，要聽我對你所說的話，不要悖逆像那悖逆之家，你要開口吃我所賜給你的。」

只是邱壇還沒有廢去，百姓也沒有立定心意歸向他們列祖的神。

耶和華對摩西說：「你告訴以色列人說：『耶和華說：你們是硬着頸項的百姓，我若一霎時臨到你們中間，必滅絕你們。現在你們要把身上的妝飾摘下來，使我可以知道怎樣待你們。』」

說：「主啊，我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你在我們中間同行，因為這是硬着頸項的百姓。又求你赦免我們的罪孽和罪惡，以我們為你的產業。」

然而你還有善行，因你從國中除掉木偶，立定心意尋求神。」

我們的祖宗在埃及不明白你的奇事，不記念你豐盛的慈愛，反倒在紅海行了悖逆。

「耶和華又對我說：『我看這百姓是硬着頸項的百姓。

他們卻悖逆我，不肯聽從我，不拋棄他們眼所喜愛那可憎之物，不離棄埃及的偶像。「我就說，我要將我的忿怒傾在他們身上，在埃及地向他們成就我怒中所定的。

因為他們是悖逆的百姓、說謊的兒女，不肯聽從耶和華訓誨的兒女。

「你當知道，耶和華－你神將這美地賜你為業，並不是因你的義；你本是硬着頸項的百姓。你當記念不忘，你在曠野怎樣惹耶和華－你神發怒。自從你出了埃及地的那日，直到你們來到這地方，你們時常悖逆耶和華。

這就是你們自己證明是殺害先知者的子孫了。你們去充滿你們祖宗的惡貫吧！你們這些蛇類、毒蛇之種啊，怎能逃脫地獄的刑罰呢？

他到了那裏，看見神所賜的恩就歡喜，勸勉眾人，立定心志，恆久靠主。

神叫孤獨的有家，使被囚的出來享福；惟有悖逆的住在乾燥之地。
