也不会像自己的祖先那样顽梗叛逆，对上帝不忠，心怀二意。

不要像他们的祖宗，是顽梗悖逆、居心不正之辈，向着神，心不诚实。

不要像他們的祖宗，是頑梗悖逆、居心不正之輩，向着神，心不誠實。

以免像他們的祖先，成為頑梗悖逆、心裡不堅定、靈裡對神不忠實的一代。

勿效厥祖、斯代頑梗悖逆、其心不正、其神不堅於上帝兮、

毋濟祖惡、如祖悖逆、其心不正、其志不立、以事上帝兮。

莫傚其列祖違背叛逆、居心不中正、向天主意不誠實、

毋效乃父。頑梗成性。懷主不篤。厥心不正。

They would not be like their ancestors— a stubborn and rebellious generation, whose hearts were not loyal to God, whose spirits were not faithful to him.

They would not be like their people who lived long ago. Those people were stubborn. They refused to obey God. They turned away from him. Their spirits were not faithful to him.

and that they should not be like their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation whose heart was not steadfast, whose spirit was not faithful to God.

Then they will not be like their ancestors— stubborn, rebellious, and unfaithful, refusing to give their hearts to God.

他们不忠于祂，也不信守祂的约。

耶和华又说：“我看到了，这些百姓真是顽固不化。

我知道你们悖逆、顽固不化，我还活在你们中间的时候，你们尚且背叛上帝，何况我死后呢？

“‘我在旷野曾对他们的子孙说，不要效法你们祖先的律例，不要遵守他们的规条，不要拜他们的偶像，以致玷污自己。

带你们进入那奶蜜之乡。但我不会跟你们一起去，免得我在途中就把你们灭绝了，因为你们是顽固不化的百姓。”

“你们这些顽固不化、耳不听心不悔的人，经常抗拒圣灵，所作所为和你们的祖先如出一辙！

不要效法你们的祖先和亲族，他们对他们祖先的上帝耶和华不忠，以致耶和华使他们的下场很可怕，正如你们所见的。

但他们充耳不闻，像他们祖先一样顽固不化，不信靠他们的上帝耶和华，

“你若把心安正，向祂举手祷告；

罗波安行为邪恶，因为他不专心寻求耶和华。

与我同去的弟兄的禀告令以色列人胆战心惊，但我忠心地追随我的上帝耶和华。所以，当日摩西就向我起誓，‘你脚踏过的地方必永远归你和你的子孙作产业，因为你忠心地追随我的上帝耶和华。’

但你们这些信靠你们的上帝耶和华的人至今还活着。

自从我认识你们以来，你们就不断地背叛耶和华。

“人子啊，我派你去那背叛我的以色列人那里。他们和他们的祖先至今仍背叛我。我派你到那些顽固不化的人那里，向他们宣告，‘主耶和华这样说。’不管那群叛逆的人听不听，他们都会知道有一位先知在他们当中。人子啊，不要怕他们和他们的话，虽然你周围布满荆棘和毒蝎，也不要害怕。他们是一群叛逆的人，你不要怕他们的话，也不要因为他们的脸色而惊慌。他们是叛逆的，不论他们听不听，你都要把我的话告诉他们。“人子啊，你要听我对你说的话，不要像他们那样叛逆，要张开口吃我赐给你的。”

然而，他没有拆除丘坛，民众还没有全心归向他们祖先的上帝。

耶和华对摩西说：“你去向以色列百姓宣布，‘你们这些顽固不化的人，我就是跟你们在一起待一刻，都恐怕会灭绝你们。现在你们要摘下自己身上的饰物，我再决定怎样处置你们。’”

说：“主啊，如果我在你面前蒙了恩，求你与我们同行。虽然百姓顽固不化，求你赦免我们的过犯和罪恶，接纳我们做你的子民。”

然而你还有善行，因为你铲除境内的亚舍拉神像，立志寻求上帝。”

我们祖先在埃及漠视你行的神迹，忘记你向他们屡施慈爱，在红海边反叛你。

“耶和华又对我说，‘我已看出，这是顽固不化的百姓。

“‘然而，他们却背叛我，不听我的话，没有除去他们祭拜的可憎之物和埃及的偶像。我本想在埃及向他们发烈怒，倾倒我的怒火，

他们是悖逆的民族，是说谎的儿女，不肯听从耶和华的教导。

你们要知道，耶和华赐给你们那佳美之地不是因为你们有好品德。其实你们是顽固不化的人。“要牢记你们在旷野怎样触怒你们的上帝耶和华。从你们离开埃及那天到现在，你们屡屡背叛耶和华。

这样，你们自己证明自己是杀害先知之人的后代。去填满你们祖先的罪恶吧！你们这些蛇，这些毒蛇的后代啊，你们怎能逃脱地狱的刑罚呢？

他到达后，看见上帝所赐的恩典，就万分高兴，劝勉他们要全心地忠于主。

祂使孤苦者有家，让被囚者欢然脱离牢笼。但叛逆者要住在干旱之地。
