When the LORD heard this, he was furious. A fire broke out against Jacob, and his anger flared up against Israel,

所以，耶和华听见就发怒；有烈火向雅各烧起；有怒气向以色列上腾；

所以，耶和华听见就发怒，有烈火向雅各点燃，有怒气向以色列上腾；

耶和华听后大怒，祂的怒火烧向雅各，祂的怒气撒向以色列。

因此耶和华听见了，就大怒；有烈火在雅各烧起，有怒气向以色列发作。

耶和华听了就动怒，烈火向雅各燃起，怒气也向以色列上腾；

所以，耶和華聽見就發怒；有烈火向雅各燒起；有怒氣向以色列上騰；

所以，耶和華聽見就發怒，有烈火向雅各點燃，有怒氣向以色列上騰；

所以，耶和華聽見就發怒，有烈火向雅各點燃，有怒氣向以色列上騰；

耶和華聽後大怒，祂的怒火燒向雅各，祂的怒氣撒向以色列。

故此永恆主聽見，就震怒；有烈火向雅各燒起；有怒氣向以色列上騰；

耶和華聽了就動怒，烈火向雅各燃起，怒氣也向以色列上騰；

耶和華聞之而怒、忿熾於雅各、怒騰於以色列兮、

耶和華聞此、震怒雅各家、以色列族、勢若烈燄兮、

主聞之甚不悅、向雅各氣如烈火、向以色列人大震厥怒、

雅瑋聞語。炎炎其忿。其忿緣何。

When the Lord heard them, he was furious; his fire broke out against Jacob, and his wrath rose against Israel,

When the Lord heard what they said, he was very angry. His anger broke out like fire against the people of Jacob. He became very angry with Israel.

Therefore, when the Lord heard, he was full of wrath; a fire was kindled against Jacob; his anger rose against Israel,

Therefore Yahweh heard, and was angry. A fire was kindled against Jacob, anger also went up against Israel,

For our God is indeed a devouring fire.

For a fire has been kindled by my anger, and it burns to lowest Sheol; it consumes the earth and its produce, and ignites the foundations of the mountains.

When the people complained, it displeased the LORD. When the LORD heard it, his anger burned, and so the fire of the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outer parts of the camp.When the people cried to Moses, he prayed to the LORD, and the fire died out.So he called the name of that place Taberah because there the fire of the LORD burned among them.

Moses heard the people weeping throughout their families, everyone at the door of his tent; and when the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly, Moses was also displeased.

when the anger of God flared up against them. He killed some of the strongest of them; he brought the young men of Israel to their knees.

These things happened to them as examples and were written for our instruction, on whom the ends of the ages have come.

Now I desire to remind you( even though you have been fully informed of these facts once for all) that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, later destroyed those who did not believe.

But God was not pleased with most of them, for they were cut down in the wilderness.
