Clouds are the dust kicked up by his feet.He controls the seas. He dries them up. He makes all the rivers run dry. Bashan and Mount Carmel dry up. The flowers in Lebanon fade.

Clouds and thick darkness surround him. His rule is built on what is right and fair.

The Lord on his throne rules over the flood. The Lord rules from his throne as King forever.

How very rich are God’s wisdom and knowledge! How he judges is more than we can understand! The way he deals with people is more than we can know!
