Then I said,“ It is my grief, That the right hand of the Most High has changed.”

我便说：“这是我的懦弱，但我要追念至高者显出右手之年代。”

我说，至高者右手的能力已改变，这是我的悲哀。

于是我说：“我感到悲伤的是，至高者已不再彰显大能。”

我曰、此乃我之懦弱、至上者伸右手之年、我宜念之兮、

予也返躬自思、知頃所言、反以自害兮、至上之主、在昔所為、余必思維兮、

我又云、我之災難、今雖如此、而更變苦境、仍在至上主之右手、

聖心詎能變。忘慈而懷怒。

Then I thought,“ To this I will appeal: the years when the Most High stretched out his right hand.

Then I thought,“ Here is what gives me hope. For many years the Most High God showed how powerful he is.

Then I said,“ I will appeal to this, to the years of the right hand of the Most High.”

And I said,“ This is my fate; the Most High has turned his hand against me.”

So I say,“ I am grieved that the right hand of the Most High has changed.”

And I said,“ This is my anguish; But I will remember the years of the right hand of the Most High.”

And I said, This is my infirmity; But I will remember the years of the right hand of the Most High.

So I say,“ I am grieved that the right hand of the Most High has changed.”

And I said, This[ is] my infirmity:[ but I will remember] the years of the right hand of the most High.

Then I said,“ I am sickened by the thought that the sovereign One might become inactive.

Then I thought,“ I will appeal to this: the years of the right hand of the Most High.”

As for me, I said in my alarm,“ I am cut off from Your eyes”; Nevertheless You heard the sound of my pleadings When I called to You for help.

Your right hand, Lord, is majestic in power; Your right hand, Lord, destroys the enemy.

‘ Who is this who conceals advice without knowledge?’ Therefore I have declared that which I did not understand, Things too wonderful for me, which I do not know.

Immediately the boy’s father cried out and said,“ I do believe; help my unbelief!”

So I say,“ My strength has failed, And so has my hope from the Lord.”Remember my misery and my homelessness, the wormwood and bitterness.My soul certainly remembers, And is bent over within me.I recall this to my mind, Therefore I wait.The Lord’s acts of mercy indeed do not end, For His compassions do not fail.They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

Lord, I have heard the report about You, and I was afraid. Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years, In the midst of the years make it known. In anger remember mercy.God comes from Teman, And the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah His splendor covers the heavens, And the earth is full of His praise.His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand, And the hiding of His might is there.Before Him goes plague, And plague comes forth after Him.He stood and caused the earth to shudder; He looked and caused the nations to jump. Yes, the everlasting mountains were shattered, The ancient hills collapsed. His paths are everlasting.I saw the tents of Cushan under distress, The tent curtains of the land of Midian were trembling.Did the Lord rage against the rivers, Or was Your anger against the rivers, Or was Your rage against the sea, That You rode on Your horses, On Your chariots of salvation?You removed Your bow from its holder, The arrows of Your word were sworn. Selah You divided the earth with rivers.The mountains saw You and quaked; The downpour of waters swept by. Or has a god ventured to go to take for himself a nation from within another nation by trials, by signs and wonders, by war, by a mighty hand, by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, just as the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

He has not looked at misfortune in Jacob; Nor has He seen trouble in Israel; The Lord his God is with him, And the joyful shout of a king is among them.God brings them out of Egypt, He is for them like the horns of the wild ox.

I said in my alarm,“ All people are liars.”

Then I was stupid and ignorant; I was like an animal before You.

I have considered the days of old, The years of long ago.
