Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them; All who are around Him are to bring gifts to Him who is to be feared.

你们许愿，当向耶和华你们的神还愿；在他四面的人都当拿贡物献给那可畏的主。

爾其許願、向爾上帝耶和華償之、四周之人、詣可畏者而獻禮兮、

耶和華上帝、要當敬畏、爾曹許願、必償之兮、凡從之者、宜獻禮物兮、

爾曹當向主爾之天主許願償願、周圍之人、皆當向可畏之主、供獻禮物、

世人之恚憤。適足成主榮。願將其餘怒。化為救世音。

Make vows to the Lord your God and fulfill them; let all the neighboring lands bring gifts to the One to be feared.

Offer God a sacrifice of thanksgiving And pay your vows to the Most High;

Because of Your temple at Jerusalem Kings will bring gifts to You.

When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow!It is better that you not vow, than vow and not pay.Do not let your speech cause you to sin, and do not say in the presence of the messenger of God that it was a mistake. Why should God be angry on account of your voice, and destroy the work of your hands?

A God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones, And awesome above all those who are around Him?

If the God of my father, the God of Abraham and the fear of Isaac, had not been for me, surely now you would have sent me away empty handed. God has seen my affliction and the labor of my hands, so He rendered judgment last night.”

“ Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God at the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Booths; and they are not to appear before the Lord empty handed.

If a man makes a vow to the Lord, or takes an oath to put himself under a binding obligation, he shall not break his word; he shall act in accordance with everything that comes out of his mouth.

So the Lord saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria and from the hand of all others, and guided them on every side.And many were bringing gifts to the Lord at Jerusalem and valuable presents to Hezekiah king of Judah; so thereafter he rose in the sight of all nations.

I have sworn and I will confirm it, That I will keep Your righteous judgments.
