I said to the boastful,‘ Do not boast,’ And to the wicked,‘ Do not lift up the horn;

我对狂傲人说：“不要行事狂傲！”对凶恶人说：“不要举角！

我对狂傲的人说：“不要狂傲！”对凶恶的人说：“不要举角！”

我对狂傲的人说：“不要狂傲！”对凶恶的人说：“不要举角！”

我警告狂妄人不要再狂傲，告诫恶人不要再张狂。

我对狂傲的人说：‘不要行事狂傲’；对邪恶的人说：‘不要举角，

我对夸耀的人说：‘不要夸耀！’又对恶人说：‘不要高举你们的角！

我對狂傲人說：不要行事狂傲！對凶惡人說：不要舉角！

我對狂傲的人說：「不要狂傲！」對兇惡的人說：「不要舉角！」

我對狂傲的人說：「不要狂傲！」對兇惡的人說：「不要舉角！」

我對狂傲人說：『不要狂妄傲慢』；對邪惡人說：『不要昂首舉角；

我對誇耀的人說：『不要誇耀！』又對惡人說：『不要高舉你們的角！

我謂傲慢者曰、勿傲慢、謂奸惡者曰、勿昂角、

余有言詞、告彼惡人、謂毋誕妄爾行、謂毋崢嶸爾角、

我告狂傲人曰、爾莫狂傲、告邪惡人曰、爾莫昂首、昂首原文作舉角

大地鼎沸。生靈塗炭。作之棟梁。以支危難。

To the arrogant I say,‘ Boast no more,’ and to the wicked,‘ Do not lift up your horns.

To the proud I say,‘ Don’t brag anymore.’ To sinners I say,‘ Don’t show off your power.

I say to the boastful,‘ Do not boast,’ and to the wicked,‘ Do not lift up your horn;

“ I warned the proud,‘ Stop your boasting!’ I told the wicked,‘ Don’t raise your fists!

I say to the boastful,‘ Do not boast,’ and to the wicked,‘ Do not lift up your horn.

“ I said to the boastful,‘ Do not deal boastfully,’ And to the wicked,‘ Do not lift up the horn.

I said unto the arrogant, Deal not arrogantly; And to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

I say to the boastful,‘ Do not boast,’ and to the wicked,‘ Do not lift up your horn.

I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

I say to the proud,“ Do not be proud,” and to the wicked,“ Do not be so confident of victory!

I said to the arrogant,“ Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked,“ Don’t lift up the horn.

And I said,“ What are these coming to do?” And he said,“ These are the horns that have scattered Judah so that no one lifts up his head; but these craftsmen have come to frighten them, to throw down the horns of the nations who have lifted up their horns against the land of Judah in order to scatter it.”

How long will you judge unjustly And show partiality to the wicked? SelahVindicate the weak and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and destitute.Rescue the weak and needy; Save them from the hand of the wicked.They do not know nor do they understand; They walk around in darkness; All the foundations of the earth are shaken.I said,“ You are gods, And all of you are sons of the Most High.Nevertheless you will die like men, And fall like one of the princes.”Arise, God, judge the earth! For You possess all the nations.

And He has lifted up a horn for His people, Praise for all His godly ones, For the sons of Israel, a people near to Him. Praise the Lord!

and the meaning of the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn which came up, and before which three of the horns fell, namely, that horn which had eyes and a mouth uttering great boasts, and which was larger in appearance than its associates.I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the saints and prevailing against them,

“ How long, you naive ones, will you love simplistic thinking? And how long will scoffers delight themselves in scoffing And fools hate knowledge?

You naive ones, understand prudence; And, you fools, understand wisdom!

Pay attention, you stupid ones among the people; And when will you understand, foolish ones?

Abandon your foolishness and live, And proceed in the way of understanding.”

For You are the glory of their strength, And by Your favor our horn is exalted.
