他們說：「來吧，讓我們剷除以色列，讓他們亡國，被人遺忘。」

耶利哥的眾先知來見以利沙，問他：「你知道耶和華今天要接走你師傅嗎？」他說：「我知道，請不要作聲。」

她丈夫說：「今天不是朔日，也不是安息日，你為什麼要去見他？」婦人說：「平安無事。」

耶穌走遍加利利，在各個會堂裡教導人，宣講天國的福音，醫治人們各樣的疾病。

耶和華啊，求你記住耶路撒冷淪陷時以東人的行徑。他們喊道：「拆毀這城，把它夷為平地！」

哈曼對亞哈隨魯王說：「有一個民族散居在王境內各省的眾民族中，他們的律例與各族的律例不同，他們不遵守王的律例，所以容忍他們對王不利。王若願意，就請降旨消滅他們。我願捐三百四十五噸銀子交給管理國事的人，納入王的庫房。」

他們帶著耶和華的律法書，走遍猶大各城鎮教導民眾。
