O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.

Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

They that trust in the LORD[ shall be] as mount Zion,[ which] cannot be removed,[ but] abideth for ever.

They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.

Happy[ is he] that[ hath] the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope[ is] in the LORD his God:

[ But] Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

And they were helped against them, and the Hagarites were delivered into their hand, and all that[ were] with them: for they cried to God in the battle, and he was intreated of them; because they put their trust in him.

He trusted in the LORD God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor[ any] that were before him.
