我要打發他攻擊褻瀆的國民，吩咐他攻擊我所惱怒的百姓，搶財為擄物，奪貨為掠物，將他們踐踏，像街上的泥土一樣。

但人居尊貴中不能長久，如同死亡的畜類一樣。

我縫麻布在我皮膚上，把我的角放在塵土中。

我若與虛謊同行，腳若追隨詭詐；（我若被公道的天平稱度，使神可以知道我的純正；）我的腳步若偏離正路，我的心若隨着我的眼目，若有玷污粘在我手上；就願我所種的有別人吃，我田所產的被拔出來。我若受迷惑，向婦人起淫念，在鄰舍的門外蹲伏，就願我的妻子給別人推磨，別人也與她同室。

我獨自踹酒醡；眾民中無一人與我同在。我發怒將他們踹下，發烈怒將他們踐踏。他們的血濺在我衣服上，並且污染了我一切的衣裳。

你們必踐踏惡人；在我所定的日子，他們必如灰塵在你們腳掌之下。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。
