你出來救拔子民，拯救你所膏立的。你擊打惡人的房頂，使根基全然顯露（原文作“直到頸項”，這是閃族語言慣用語，意即“到了極點”〔參賽8:8；詩75:5〕；另一可能是“大石”、“磐石”的意思）。（細拉）

但是人不能長享富貴；他們就像要滅亡的牲畜一樣。

我把麻布縫在我的皮膚上，把我的角插入塵土中。

觀看所有驕傲的人，把他制伏，把惡人踐踏在他們的地方，把他們一起掩藏在塵土裡，把他們本人捆綁在隱密處。

我若與虛謊同行，我的腳若急於追隨詭詐，就願我被公平的天平稱度，使神可以知道我的完全。我的腳步若偏離正道，我的心若隨從眼目而行，我的手掌若黏有任何污點，就願我所種的，讓別人來吃，願我田中出產的，都連根拔起來。我的心若被女人迷惑，在別人的門口埋伏，就願我的妻子作別人的奴僕，也願別人屈身與她行淫，

“我獨自踹酒槽；萬民之中沒有一人與我同在；我在忿怒中把他們踹下，在烈怒中把他們踐踏；他們的血濺在我的衣服上，我把我所有的衣裳都染污了。

萬軍之耶和華說：“你們必踐踏惡人；在我施行作為的日子，他們必在你們腳掌之下成為塵土。

我們靠著你，必打倒我們的敵人；靠著你的名，必踐踏那些起來攻擊我們的。

他們必像勇士，在戰場上把仇敵踐踏在街上的泥土中，他們必爭戰，因為耶和華與他們同在，他們必使敵方的騎士羞愧。

我的田地若呼冤控告我，地的犁溝若都一同哀哭；我若吃地裡的出產而不給價銀，或使地主氣絕身亡，就願蒺藜長出來代替小麥，臭草代替大麥。”約伯的話說完了。

有很多人議論我說：“他從神那裡得不到救助。”（細拉）

耶和華以色列的盼望啊！離棄你的，都必蒙羞；偏離你（“你”原文作“我”）的，他們的名字必寫在沙土上，因為他們離棄了耶和華這活水的源頭。

我們靠著神奮勇作戰，因為他必踐踏我們的敵人。
