即吾同胞之兄弟兮。亦因是而視予為陌路。

And within the temple grounds He found those who were selling oxen, sheep, and doves, and the money changers seated at their tables.And He made a whip of cords, and drove them all out of the temple area, with the sheep and the oxen; and He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables;and to those who were selling the doves He said,“ Take these things away from here; stop making My Father’s house a place of business!”His disciples remembered that it was written:“ Zeal for Your house will consume me.”

My zeal has consumed me, Because my enemies have forgotten Your words.

And He entered the temple area and began to drive out those who were selling and buying on the temple grounds, and He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves;and He would not allow anyone to carry merchandise through the temple grounds.And He began to teach and say to them,“ Is it not written:‘ My house will be called a house of prayer for all the nations’? But you have made it a den of robbers.”

In addition, in my delight in the house of my God, the treasure I have of gold and silver, I give to the house of my God, over and above all that I have already provided for the holy temple,

Remember, Lord, the taunt against Your servants; How I carry in my heart the taunts of all the many peoples,With which Your enemies have taunted, Lord, With which they have taunted the footsteps of Your anointed.

All who pass along the way plunder him; He has become a disgrace to his neighbors.

Now David was clothed with a robe of fine linen with all the Levites who were carrying the ark, and the singers, and Chenaniah the leader of the singing with the singers. And he said,“ I have been very zealous for the Lord, the God of armies; for the sons of Israel have abandoned Your covenant, torn down Your altars, and killed Your prophets with the sword. And I alone am left; and they have sought to take my life.”
