The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands; the Lord has come from Sinai into his sanctuary.

God has come with tens of thousands of his chariots. He has come with thousands and thousands of them. The Lord has come from Mount Sinai. He has entered his holy place.

Surrounded by unnumbered thousands of chariots, the Lord came from Mount Sinai into his sanctuary.

God’s chariots are tens of thousands, thousands and thousands; the Lord is among them in the sanctuary as he was at Sinai.

And as they still went on and talked, behold, chariots of fire and horses of fire separated the two of them. And Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

Now as I looked at the living creatures, I saw a wheel on the earth beside the living creatures, one for each of the four of them.As for the appearance of the wheels and their construction: their appearance was like the gleaming of beryl. And the four had the same likeness, their appearance and construction being as it were a wheel within a wheel.When they went, they went in any of their four directions without turning as they went.And their rims were tall and awesome, and the rims of all four were full of eyes all around.And when the living creatures went, the wheels went beside them; and when the living creatures rose from the earth, the wheels rose.Wherever the spirit wanted to go, they went, and the wheels rose along with them, for the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those rose from the earth, the wheels rose along with them, for the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.Over the heads of the living creatures there was the likeness of an expanse, shining like awe-inspiring crystal, spread out above their heads.And under the expanse their wings were stretched out straight, one toward another. And each creature had two wings covering its body.And when they went, I heard the sound of their wings like the sound of many waters, like the sound of the Almighty, a sound of tumult like the sound of an army. When they stood still, they let down their wings.And there came a voice from above the expanse over their heads. He rode on a cherub and flew; he came swiftly on the wings of the wind.

Then he said,“ Do not come near; take your sandals off your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.”

Was your wrath against the rivers, O Lord? Was your anger against the rivers, or your indignation against the sea, when you rode on your horses, on your chariot of salvation?

Also let the priests who come near to the Lord consecrate themselves, lest the Lord break out against them.”And Moses said to the Lord,“ The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for you yourself warned us, saying,‘ Set limits around the mountain and consecrate it.’”

Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands,

He said,“ Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.”Then Elisha prayed and said,“ O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

The number of mounted troops was twice ten thousand times ten thousand; I heard their number.
