But God will shoot them with his arrows; they will suddenly be struck down.

But God will shoot my enemies with his arrows. He will suddenly strike them down.

But God shoots his arrow at them; they are wounded suddenly.

Then shall two men be in the field; one is taken, and one is left:

For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.When they are saying, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall in no wise escape.

And he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; Yea, lightnings manifold, and discomfited them.

For the arrows of the Almighty are within me, The poison whereof my spirit drinketh up: The terrors of God do set themselves in array against me.

How are they become a desolation in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors.

I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, And my sword shall devour flesh; With the blood of the slain and the captives, From the head of the leaders of the enemy.

Therefore Saul took his sword, and fell upon it.And when his armor- bearer saw that Saul was dead, he likewise fell upon his sword, and died.So Saul died, and his three sons; and all his house died together.And when all the men of Israel that were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, they forsook their cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.
