Whom have I in heaven but thee? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides thee.

With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee earnestly: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.

So then, my beloved, even as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;for it is God who worketh in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.

Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For Jehovah upholdeth him with his hand.

And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered.

yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest she wear me out by her continual coming.And the Lord said, Hear what the unrighteous judge saith.And shall not God avenge his elect, that cry to him day and night, and yet he is longsuffering over them?

Strive to enter in by the narrow door: for many, I say unto you, shall seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
