When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches,

On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night.

As I lie on my bed I remember you. I think of you all night long.

when I remember you upon my bed, and meditate on you in the watches of the night;

I lie awake thinking of you, meditating on you through the night.

When I think of you as I lie on my bed, I meditate on you during the night watches

When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches.

When I remember thee upon my bed, And meditate on thee in the night- watches.

When I think of You as I lie on my bed, I meditate on You during the night watches

When I remember thee upon my bed,[ and] meditate on thee in the[ night] watches.

whenever I remember you on my bed, and think about you during the nighttime hours.

The Lord will send His goodness in the daytime; And His song will be with me in the night, A prayer to the God of my life.

The godly ones shall be jubilant in glory; They shall sing for joy on their beds.

I rise before dawn and cry for help; I wait for Your words.My eyes anticipate the night watches, So that I may meditate on Your word.

Lord, I remember Your name in the night, And keep Your Law.

“ I was asleep but my heart was awake. A voice! My beloved was knocking:‘ Open to me, my sister, my darling, My dove, my perfect one! For my head is drenched with dew, My locks with the dew drops of the night.’

“ On my bed night after night I sought him Whom my soul loves; I sought him but did not find him.‘ I must arise now and go around in the city; In the streets and in the public squares I must seek him whom my soul loves.’ I sought him but did not find him.

You have held my eyelids open; I am so troubled that I cannot speak.I have considered the days of old, The years of long ago.I will remember my song in the night; I will meditate with my heart, And my spirit ponders:

How precious also are Your thoughts for me, God! How vast is the sum of them!Were I to count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You.

Arise, whimper in the night At the beginning of the night watches; Pour out your heart like water Before the presence of the Lord; Raise your hands to Him For the life of your little ones Who languish because of hunger At the head of every street.
