耶和华啊，王必因你的能力欢喜；因你的救恩，他的快乐何其大！

我们知道律法所说的话都是对律法之下的人说的，好塞住各人的口，使普世的人都伏在上帝的审判之下。

还有那些在屋顶拜天上万象的，那些敬拜耶和华指着他起誓，却又指着米勒公起誓的；

那撒谎的人逞骄傲轻慢，出狂妄的话攻击义人，愿他的嘴哑而无言。

当初上帝应许亚伯拉罕的时候，因为没有比自己更大的可以指着起誓，就指着自己起誓，

“我已经在锡安—我的圣山膏立了我的君王。”

因为也有许多人不受约束，说空话欺哄人，尤其是那些奉割礼的人。这些人的口必须堵住，因为他们贪不义之财，将不该教导的事教导人，败坏人的全家。

这样，贫寒人有指望，不义的人闭口无言。

现在，看哪，我知道你一定会作王，以色列的国必要坚立在你手里。

正直的人看见就欢喜，罪孽之辈却要哑口无言。

对他说：“不要惧怕！我父扫罗的手无法害你，你必作以色列的王，我必作你的宰相。我父扫罗也知道这事。”

当那日，埃及地必有五个城市的人说迦南的语言，又指着万军之耶和华起誓。有一城必称为“太阳城”。
