當畏主爾之天主而奉事之、指其名而發誓、

我指己而誓、口出真言、決不反覆、萬膝必向我而屈、萬口必指我而誓、

主歟、王因主之大能而歡欣、因主之救恩不勝喜樂、

我儕知律法所言、為律法下之人言之、以塞諸口、使舉世服罪於天主前、

凡在樓巔崇拜天象、又崇拜耶和華、指耶和華而誓、又指瑪勒堪瑪勒堪即摩洛又名米勒公亞捫族之神名而誓、

誑言之口、逞驕慢、出狂言、攻擊善人、惟願此口緘默無聲、

昔天、主許亞伯拉罕時、因無大於己可指而誓者、則指己而誓云、

曰、我已沐之以膏、立之為王在我聖郇山、

蓋有多人不服者、言虛誕、行誘惑、而奉割禮者為尤甚、其口當塞、彼為卑污之利、教所不當教、而傾覆人之全家、

如是窮困者有望、不義者緘口無言、

我知爾將為王、必堅執以色列國之王權、必堅執以色列國之王權或作以色列國將鞏固於爾手

正直者見之歡喜、一切作惡者、不敢啟口、
