宜寅畏爾上帝耶和華、而崇事之、指其名而發誓、

我既指己而誓、我之義命、出而不反、萬膝必向我而跪、萬口必指我而誓、

耶和華歟、王因爾力而歡欣、緣爾拯救而樂甚兮、

我儕知律所言、乃為律下者言之、以塞眾口、使舉世服罪於上帝前、

以及凡在屋巔、崇拜天象者、並崇拜耶和華、指耶和華而誓、亦指瑪勒堪而誓者、

言誑之輩、驕慢狂妄毀義人者、使其啞口兮、

夫上帝許亞伯拉罕時、因無大於己者可指而誓、乃指己而誓、

曰、我已立我王於郇、即我聖山兮、

蓋多有不順之人、言虛誕、行欺詐、奉割禮者尤甚、宜杜其口、彼為非義之利、教所不當教、傾覆人之家室、

如是、窮乏者有望、不義者緘口、○

我知爾必為王、以色列國堅定於爾手、

正人見之欣喜、惡者口塞兮、

謂之曰、毋懼、我父掃羅之手、必不獲爾、爾將為以色列王、我居其次、是我父掃羅所知也、

是日也、埃及將有五邑言迦南方言、且指萬軍之耶和華而誓、其中一邑、稱曰亡城、或譯日城○
