我们知道，律法上的一切话都是对律法之下的人讲的，好堵住每个人的口，使全世界的人都在神的审判之下有罪，

愿撒谎的嘴唇哑然无声——它们因着自高和轻慢，向义人说狂傲的话。

神向亚伯拉罕应许的时候，因为没有比自己更大的可以指着起誓，就指着自己起誓，

“我在锡安我的圣山上，膏立了我的王。”

因为实在有许多不服从的、讲虚妄话的、欺骗人的，尤其是那些属于割礼派的人；必须堵住这些人的口。他们为了不正当的利益，教导不该教导的事，把许多人的整个家庭都破坏了。

“看哪，现在我知道你必定作王，以色列王国将在你手中坚立。

正直的人看见就欢喜，所有不义的人却闭口无言。

对他说：“不要怕，因为我父亲扫罗的手害不了你。你必作以色列的王，我将在你之下位居第二，连我父亲扫罗也知道会这样。”

到那日，在埃及地必有五座城说迦南通用语，并向万军之耶和华起誓，其中一座称为“太阳城”。
