耶和華是我的巖石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的上帝、我的磐石、我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的碉堡。

惟獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的庇護所，我必不動搖。

必有一人如避風港，如暴風雨的藏身處；如乾旱地的溪流，又如乾燥地巨石的陰影。

你們在那裏必尋求耶和華－你的上帝。你若盡心盡性尋求他，就必尋見。

惟獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的庇護所，我必不大大動搖。

耶和華永遠活着。願我的磐石被稱頌，願救我的上帝受尊崇。

我想念上帝，就煩躁不安；我沉思默想，心靈發昏。（細拉）

因為我遭遇患難，他必將我隱藏在他的帳棚裏，把我藏在他帳幕的隱密處，將我高舉在磐石上。

我的靈在我裏面發昏的時候，你知道我的道路。在我所行的路上，人為我暗設羅網。

我的上帝。我的心在我裏面憂悶，所以我從約旦地，從黑門嶺，從米薩山記念你。

他從泥坑裏，從淤泥中，把我拉上來，使我的腳立在磐石上，使我腳步穩健。

你這受困苦、被暴風捲走、不得憐憫的城，看哪，我必以灰泥來做你的石頭，以藍寶石立你的根基，

說：「我在患難中求告耶和華，他就應允我；我從陰間的深處呼求，你就俯聽我的聲音。你將我投下深淵，直到海心；大水環繞我，你的波浪洪濤漫過我身。我說：『我從你眼前被驅逐，然而我仍要仰望你的聖殿。』

恐懼戰兢臨到了我，驚恐籠罩我。

耶穌非常痛苦焦慮，禱告更加懇切，汗如大血點滴在地上。〕

於是他帶着彼得、雅各和約翰同去。他驚恐起來，極其難過，對他們說：「我心裏非常憂傷，幾乎要死；你們留在這裏，要警醒。」

我的靈在我裏面發昏，我的心在我裏面顫慄。

我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裏面煩躁？應當仰望上帝，我還要稱謝他，我當面的拯救，我的上帝。
