耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的神、我的磐石、我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的碉堡。

惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的庇护所，我必不动摇。

必有一人如避风港，如暴风雨的藏身处；如干旱地的溪流，又如干燥地巨石的阴影。

你们在那里必寻求耶和华—你的神。你若尽心尽性寻求他，就必寻见。

惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的庇护所，我必不大大动摇。

耶和华永远活着。愿我的磐石被称颂，愿救我的神受尊崇。

我想念神，就烦躁不安；我沉思默想，心灵发昏。（细拉）

因为我遭遇患难，他必将我隐藏在他的帐棚里，把我藏在他帐幕的隐密处，将我高举在磐石上。

我的灵在我里面发昏的时候，你知道我的道路。在我所行的路上，人为我暗设罗网。

我的神。我的心在我里面忧闷，所以我从约旦地，从黑门岭，从米萨山记念你。

他从泥坑里，从淤泥中，把我拉上来，使我的脚立在磐石上，使我脚步稳健。

你这受困苦、被暴风卷走、不得怜悯的城，看哪，我必以灰泥来做你的石头，以蓝宝石立你的根基，

说：“我在患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。你将我投下深渊，直到海心；大水环绕我，你的波浪洪涛漫过我身。我说：‘我从你眼前被驱逐，然而我仍要仰望你的圣殿。’

恐惧战兢临到了我，惊恐笼罩我。

耶稣非常痛苦焦虑，祷告更加恳切，汗如大血点滴在地上。〕

于是他带着彼得、雅各和约翰同去。他惊恐起来，极其难过，对他们说：“我心里非常忧伤，几乎要死；你们留在这里，要警醒。”

我的灵在我里面发昏，我的心在我里面颤栗。

我的心哪，你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望神，我还要称谢他，我当面的拯救，我的神。
