唯有他是我的磐石、我的救恩、我的庇護所，我就不致動搖。

個個都像避風所和避暴雨的隱祕處，又像荒漠中的溪水，像乾旱之地大磐石的蔭庇。

唯有他是我的磐石、我的救恩、我的庇護所，我就不致大大動搖。

耶和華永遠活著！我的磐石是當受頌讚的！願拯救我的神受尊崇！

我記念神，大聲哀鳴；我默想，就靈裡虛弱。細拉

因為在災禍的日子裡，他必將我藏在他的帳幕中，隱藏在他帳篷的隱祕處，又將我高舉到磐石上；

我的靈在我裡面虛弱時，你知道我的道路；在我所行的路上，他們為我暗設網羅。

我的神哪，我的靈魂在我裡面沮喪！因此我從約旦地、黑門嶺、米薩山記念你。

他把我從荒蕪的坑裡，從泥濘沼澤中拉上來；他使我的腳立在磐石上，又使我的腳步安穩。

「你這經受困苦、屢遭風暴、不得安慰的城啊！看哪！我必把你的石頭安置在金屬銻上，以藍寶石奠定你的根基，

說：「我在患難中向耶和華呼求，你就回應我；我從陰間的深處呼救，你就垂聽我的聲音。你把我丟入深海，丟入海的最深處；洪流圍繞我，你的波浪、你的洪濤都漫過我。我說：『我從你眼前被驅逐了；我卻要再次仰望你聖潔的殿！』

懼怕和戰兢臨到我，驚駭籠罩著我。

耶穌在極大的痛苦中，禱告更加懇切；他的汗珠變得像大血滴，落在地上。

他帶了彼得、雅各和約翰一起去。這時候，他開始憂懼起來，極其難過，對他們說：「我的靈魂很憂傷，幾乎要死。你們留在這裡，要警醒。」

因此我的靈在我裡面虛弱，我的心在我裡面驚恐。

我的靈魂哪，你為什麼沮喪？為什麼在我裡面哀鳴？當期盼神！因為我還要稱謝我面前的救恩——我的神。
