耶和华是我的岩石、我的要塞、我的救主。我的神是我的磐石，是我所投靠的！他是我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的庇护所。

唯有他是我的磐石、我的救恩、我的庇护所，我就不致动摇。

个个都像避风所和避暴雨的隐秘处，又像荒漠中的溪水，像干旱之地大磐石的荫庇。

唯有他是我的磐石、我的救恩、我的庇护所，我就不致大大动摇。

耶和华永远活着！我的磐石是当受颂赞的！愿拯救我的神受尊崇！

我记念神，大声哀鸣；我默想，就灵里虚弱。细拉

因为在灾祸的日子里，他必将我藏在他的帐幕中，隐藏在他帐篷的隐秘处，又将我高举到磐石上；

我的灵在我里面虚弱时，你知道我的道路；在我所行的路上，他们为我暗设网罗。

我的神哪，我的灵魂在我里面沮丧！因此我从约旦地、黑门岭、米萨山记念你。

他把我从荒芜的坑里，从泥泞沼泽中拉上来；他使我的脚立在磐石上，又使我的脚步安稳。

“你这经受困苦、屡遭风暴、不得安慰的城啊！看哪！我必把你的石头安置在金属锑上，以蓝宝石奠定你的根基，

说：“我在患难中向耶和华呼求，你就回应我；我从阴间的深处呼救，你就垂听我的声音。你把我丢入深海，丢入海的最深处；洪流围绕我，你的波浪、你的洪涛都漫过我。我说：‘我从你眼前被驱逐了；我却要再次仰望你圣洁的殿！’

惧怕和战兢临到我，惊骇笼罩着我。

耶稣在极大的痛苦中，祷告更加恳切；他的汗珠变得像大血滴，落在地上。

他带了彼得、雅各和约翰一起去。这时候，他开始忧惧起来，极其难过，对他们说：“我的灵魂很忧伤，几乎要死。你们留在这里，要警醒。”

因此我的灵在我里面虚弱，我的心在我里面惊恐。

我的灵魂哪，你为什么沮丧？为什么在我里面哀鸣？当期盼神！因为我还要称谢我面前的救恩——我的神。
