耶和華是我的巖石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的神、我的磐石、我所投靠的、我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的高臺。

唯獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的保障，我必不至動搖。

必有一人像避風所，和避暴雨的隱密處，像乾旱之地的溪水，又像疲乏之地的大磐石的陰影。

但你們在那裡必尋求耶和華你的神；如果你一心一意尋找他，就必尋見。

唯獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的保障，我必不至動搖。

耶和華是永活的，我的磐石是應當稱頌的，拯救我的神是應當被尊為至高的。

我想到神，就哀怨唉哼；我沉思默想，心靈就煩亂。（細拉）

因為在我遭難的日子，他必把我藏在他的帳棚裡，把我隱藏在他帳幕的隱密處，又把我高舉在磐石上。

我的靈在我裡面軟弱的時候，你知道我的道路。在我所行的路上，敵人暗設網羅陷害我。

我的心在我裡面沮喪；因此我從約旦地，從黑門嶺，從米薩山，記念你。

他把我從荒蕪的坑裡，從泥沼中拉上來；他使我的腳站在磐石上，又使我的腳步穩定。

受困苦、被風飄蕩、不得安慰的啊！你看，我要用彩色的石頭安置你的基石，以藍寶石奠定你的根基。

說：“我從患難中求告耶和華，他就應允我；我從陰間的深府呼求，你就垂聽我的聲音。你把我投入深海，在海洋的深處，大水環繞我；你的洪濤、你的波浪，都漫過我。我說：‘我雖從你眼前被趕逐，我仍要仰望你的聖殿。’

懼怕和戰兢臨到我，驚恐籠罩著我。

他帶了彼得、雅各、約翰一起去，就驚懼起來，非常難過。於是對他們說：“我的心靈痛苦得快要死了；你們要留在這裡，也要警醒。”

因此我的靈在我裡面軟弱，我的心在我裡面戰慄。

我的心哪！你為甚麼沮喪呢？為甚麼在我裡面不安呢？應當等候神；因為我還要稱讚他，他是我面前的救助、我的神。
