我之哀訴。求主垂顧。

如果我展开清晨的翅膀，飞到海的极处居住，就是在那里，你的手仍必引导我，你的右手也必扶持我。

耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的神、我的磐石、我所投靠的、我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的高台。

唯独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的保障，我必不至动摇。

必有一人像避风所，和避暴雨的隐密处，像干旱之地的溪水，又像疲乏之地的大磐石的阴影。

但你们在那里必寻求耶和华你的神；如果你一心一意寻找他，就必寻见。

唯独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的保障，我必不至动摇。

耶和华是永活的，我的磐石是应当称颂的，拯救我的神是应当被尊为至高的。

我想到神，就哀怨唉哼；我沉思默想，心灵就烦乱。（细拉）

因为在我遭难的日子，他必把我藏在他的帐棚里，把我隐藏在他帐幕的隐密处，又把我高举在磐石上。

我的灵在我里面软弱的时候，你知道我的道路。在我所行的路上，敌人暗设网罗陷害我。

我的心在我里面沮丧；因此我从约旦地，从黑门岭，从米萨山，记念你。

他把我从荒芜的坑里，从泥沼中拉上来；他使我的脚站在磐石上，又使我的脚步稳定。

受困苦、被风飘荡、不得安慰的啊！你看，我要用彩色的石头安置你的基石，以蓝宝石奠定你的根基。

说：“我从患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深府呼求，你就垂听我的声音。你把我投入深海，在海洋的深处，大水环绕我；你的洪涛、你的波浪，都漫过我。我说：‘我虽从你眼前被赶逐，我仍要仰望你的圣殿。’

惧怕和战兢临到我，惊恐笼罩着我。

他带了彼得、雅各、约翰一起去，就惊惧起来，非常难过。于是对他们说：“我的心灵痛苦得快要死了；你们要留在这里，也要警醒。”

因此我的灵在我里面软弱，我的心在我里面战栗。

我的心哪！你为什么沮丧呢？为什么在我里面不安呢？应当等候神；因为我还要称赞他，他是我面前的救助、我的神。
