縱使我乘著晨風飛到遙遠的海岸居住，就是在那裡，你的手必引導我，你大能的手必扶持我。

耶和華是我的磐石，我的堡壘，我的拯救者；我的上帝是保護我的磐石，我的盾牌，是拯救我的力量，我的堡壘。

唯有祂才是我的磐石，我的拯救，我的堡壘，我必不致動搖。

每人都像躲避狂風暴雨的庇護所，如荒漠中的溪流，又似乾旱之地遮蔭的大磐石。

但你們若在那裡尋求你們的上帝耶和華，全心全意地尋求祂，就必尋見。

唯有祂才是我的磐石，我的拯救，我的堡壘，我必不致動搖。

耶和華永遠活著，保護我的磐石當受頌讚，拯救我的上帝當受尊崇。

我思想上帝，發出哀歎；我默想，心靈疲憊不堪。（細拉）

危難之時，祂保護我，把我藏在祂的聖幕裡，高高地安置在磐石上。

耶和華啊，我心力交瘁的時候，只有你知道我當走的路。敵人已在我行的路上鋪下網羅。

我的上帝啊，我心中沮喪，便在約旦河、黑門山和米薩山想起你。

祂把我從絕望的深淵拉出來，救我脫離泥濘沼澤，把我安置在磐石上，使我步履穩健。

「困苦不堪、飽經風雨、得不著安慰的城啊，我要以彩石作你的地基，用藍寶石來建造你，

「我遭遇患難的時候向你求告，你就應允我。我在陰間的深處呼求你，你也垂聽我的聲音。你把我拋進深海，茫茫大海把我吞沒，你的巨浪洪濤淹沒我。我心想，你已經驅逐我離開你的面，但我要再瞻仰你的聖殿。

我渾身顫慄，驚恐不已。

祂心中極其悲痛，禱告更懇切，汗珠如血滴在地上。

於是耶穌帶著彼得、雅各和約翰向前走。祂覺得極其難過，非常傷痛，說：「我心裡非常憂傷，幾乎要死，你們留在這裡警醒。」

我心力交瘁，驚恐萬分。

我的心啊！你為何沮喪？為何煩躁？要仰望上帝，因為我還要讚美祂——我的救主，我的上帝。
