耶和华是我的磐石，我的堡垒，我的拯救者；我的上帝是保护我的磐石，我的盾牌，是拯救我的力量，我的堡垒。

唯有祂才是我的磐石，我的拯救，我的堡垒，我必不致动摇。

每人都像躲避狂风暴雨的庇护所，如荒漠中的溪流，又似干旱之地遮荫的大磐石。

但你们若在那里寻求你们的上帝耶和华，全心全意地寻求祂，就必寻见。

唯有祂才是我的磐石，我的拯救，我的堡垒，我必不致动摇。

耶和华永远活着，保护我的磐石当受颂赞，拯救我的上帝当受尊崇。

我思想上帝，发出哀叹；我默想，心灵疲惫不堪。（细拉）

危难之时，祂保护我，把我藏在祂的圣幕里，高高地安置在磐石上。

耶和华啊，我心力交瘁的时候，只有你知道我当走的路。敌人已在我行的路上铺下网罗。

我的上帝啊，我心中沮丧，便在约旦河、黑门山和米萨山想起你。

祂把我从绝望的深渊拉出来，救我脱离泥泞沼泽，把我安置在磐石上，使我步履稳健。

“困苦不堪、饱经风雨、得不着安慰的城啊，我要以彩石作你的地基，用蓝宝石来建造你，

“我遭遇患难的时候向你求告，你就应允我。我在阴间的深处呼求你，你也垂听我的声音。你把我抛进深海，茫茫大海把我吞没，你的巨浪洪涛淹没我。我心想，你已经驱逐我离开你的面，但我要再瞻仰你的圣殿。

我浑身颤栗，惊恐不已。

祂心中极其悲痛，祷告更恳切，汗珠如血滴在地上。

于是耶稣带着彼得、雅各和约翰向前走。祂觉得极其难过，非常伤痛，说：“我心里非常忧伤，几乎要死，你们留在这里警醒。”

我心力交瘁，惊恐万分。

我的心啊！你为何沮丧？为何烦躁？要仰望上帝，因为我还要赞美祂——我的救主，我的上帝。
