[ Wilt] not thou, O God,[ which] hadst cast us off? and[ thou], O God,[ which] didst not go out with our armies?

神啊，你不是丢弃了我们吗？神啊，你不和我们的军兵同去吗？

上帝啊，你真的丢弃了我们吗？上帝啊，你不和我们的军队同去吗？

神啊，你真的丢弃了我们吗？神啊，你不和我们的军队同去吗？

上帝啊，你抛弃了我们吗？不再和我们的军队一同出战了吗？

神啊！你不是把我们丢弃了吗？神啊！你不和我们的军队一同出战吗？

神哪，你不会抛弃了我们吧？神哪，你不与我们的队伍一同出征吗？

神啊，你不是丟棄了我們嗎？神啊，你不和我們的軍兵同去嗎？

上帝啊，你真的丟棄了我們嗎？上帝啊，你不和我們的軍隊同去嗎？

神啊，你真的丟棄了我們嗎？神啊，你不和我們的軍隊同去嗎？

上帝啊，你拋棄了我們嗎？不再和我們的軍隊一同出戰了嗎？

神啊！你不是把我們丟棄了嗎？神啊！你不和我們的軍隊一同出戰嗎？

上帝啊，不是你把我們屏棄了麼？上帝啊，你不在我們軍隊中去出戰了！

神哪，你不會拋棄了我們吧？神哪，你不與我們的隊伍一同出征嗎？

上帝歟、爾非棄我乎、上帝歟、爾不與我軍偕出兮、

惟爾上帝、素棄我躬、惟爾上帝、今率予軍旅兮。

豈非天主乎、現今主竟棄絕我儕、不率我軍旅出徵、

摩瓦作盤。夷東置屩。菲莉之野。供我歡躍。

Is it not you, God, you who have now rejected us and no longer go out with our armies?

God, isn’t it you, even though you have now turned away from us? Isn’t it you, even though you don’t lead our armies into battle anymore?

Have you not rejected us, O God? You do not go forth, O God, with our armies.

Have you rejected us, O God? Will you no longer march with our armies?

God, haven’t you rejected us? God, you do not march out with our armies.

Have You Yourself not rejected us, God? And will You not go out with our armies, God?

Is it not You, O God, who cast us off? And You, O God, who did not go out with our armies?

Hast not thou, O God, cast us off? And thou goest not forth, O God, with our hosts.

God, haven’t You rejected us? God, You do not march out with our armies.

Have you not rejected us, O God? O God, you do not go into battle with our armies.

Haven’t you, God, rejected us? You don’t go out with our armies, God.

[ Wilt] not[ thou], O God,[ who] hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?

Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies,[ but] turned[ their] backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you.

O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased; O turn thyself to us again.

And the LORD said unto me, Say unto them, Go not up, neither fight; for I[ am] not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemies.

And when the Philistines heard the noise of the shout, they said, What[ meaneth] the noise of this great shout in the camp of the Hebrews? And they understood that the ark of the LORD was come into the camp.And the Philistines were afraid, for they said, God is come into the camp. And they said, Woe unto us! for there hath not been such a thing heretofore.

And all these kings and their land did Joshua take at one time, because the LORD God of Israel fought for Israel.

And the Philistines fought, and Israel was smitten, and they fled every man into his tent: and there was a very great slaughter; for there fell of Israel thirty thousand footmen.And the ark of God was taken; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were slain.

Now the Philistines fought against Israel; and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell down slain in mount Gilboa.And the Philistines followed hard after Saul, and after his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Malchishua, the sons of Saul.And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers hit him, and he was wounded of the archers.Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise on the sword, and died.So Saul died, and his three sons, and all his house died together.And when all the men of Israel that[ were] in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, then they forsook their cities, and fled: and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.And it came to pass on the morrow, when the Philistines came to strip the slain, that they found Saul and his sons fallen in mount Gilboa.And when they had stripped him, they took his head, and his armour, and sent into the land of the Philistines round about, to carry tidings unto their idols, and to the people.And they put his armour in the house of their gods, and fastened his head in the temple of Dagon.And when all Jabeshgilead heard all that the Philistines had done to Saul,They arose, all the valiant men, and took away the body of Saul, and the bodies of his sons, and brought them to Jabesh, and buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD,[ even] against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking[ counsel] of[ one that had] a familiar spirit, to enquire[ of it];And enquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.

Some[ trust] in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.Behold, God[ is] my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH[ is] my strength and[ my] song; he also is become my salvation.

Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant[ be] not with day and night,[ and if] I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant,[ so] that I will not take[ any] of his seed[ to be] rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

[ It is] better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.

Through thee will we push down our enemies: through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us.For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me.But thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us.In God we boast all the day long, and praise thy name for ever. Selah.But thou hast cast off, and put us to shame; and goest not forth with our armies.

For the LORD your God[ is] he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
