我身虛弱、求主矜憐、我骨戰慄、求主醫治、

求主勿怒譴。求主息雷霆。

I am dying from grief; my years are shortened by sadness. Sin has drained my strength; I am wasting away from within.

“ Come, let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces; now he will heal us. He has injured us; now he will bandage our wounds.

O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you restored my health.

News about him spread as far as Syria, and people soon began bringing to him all who were sick. And whatever their sickness or disease, or if they were demon possessed or epileptic or paralyzed— he healed them all.

My life is poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax, melting within me.

So Moses cried out to the Lord,“ O God, I beg you, please heal her!”

Look now; I myself am he! There is no other god but me! I am the one who kills and gives life; I am the one who wounds and heals; no one can be rescued from my powerful hand!

Then Abraham prayed to God, and God healed Abimelech, his wife, and his female servants, so they could have children.

“ Have mercy on me, my friends, have mercy, for the hand of God has struck me.

The Lord nurses them when they are sick and restores them to health.“ O Lord,” I prayed,“ have mercy on me. Heal me, for I have sinned against you.”

“ Or God disciplines people with pain on their sickbeds, with ceaseless aching in their bones.They lose their appetite for even the most delicious food.Their flesh wastes away, and their bones stick out.

Oh, give me back my joy again; you have broken me— now let me rejoice.

O Lord, if you heal me, I will be truly healed; if you save me, I will be truly saved. My praises are for you alone!

A raging fever burns within me, and my health is broken.

He said,“ If you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and keeping all his decrees, then I will not make you suffer any of the diseases I sent on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you.”

Because of your anger, my whole body is sick; my health is broken because of my sins.

The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust.Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die.The wind blows, and we are gone— as though we had never been here.But the love of the Lord remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children

For though he wounds, he also bandages. He strikes, but his hands also heal.

When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long.
