You, Lord God Almighty, you who are the God of Israel, rouse yourself to punish all the nations; show no mercy to wicked traitors.

若有人不回頭，他的刀必磨快，弓必上弦，預備妥當了。他也預備了殺人的器械；他所射的是火箭。

再者，惡人若回頭離開所行的惡，行正直與合理的事，他必將性命救活了。因為他思量，回頭離開所犯的一切罪過，必定存活，不致死亡。

你們這所多瑪的官長啊，要聽耶和華的話！你們這蛾摩拉的百姓啊，要側耳聽我們神的訓誨！

耶和華說：以色列人哪，我豈不看你們如古實人嗎？我豈不是領以色列人出埃及地，領非利士人出迦斐託，領亞蘭人出吉珥嗎？

因為那不憐憫人的，也要受無憐憫的審判；憐憫原是向審判誇勝。

這不是說神的話落了空。因為從以色列生的不都是以色列人，

在那裏築了一座壇，起名叫伊利‧伊羅伊‧以色列。

因為外面作猶太人的，不是真猶太人；外面肉身的割禮，也不是真割禮。惟有裏面作的，才是真猶太人；真割禮也是心裏的，在乎靈，不在乎儀文。這人的稱讚不是從人來的，乃是從神來的。

外邦人陷在自己所掘的坑中；他們的腳在自己暗設的網羅裏纏住了。

枝條枯乾，必被折斷；婦女要來點火燒着。因為這百姓蒙昧無知，所以，創造他們的必不憐恤他們；造成他們的也不施恩與他們。

願死亡忽然臨到他們！願他們活活地下入陰間！因為他們的住處，他們的心中，都是邪惡。

耶和華啊，他們要殺我的那一切計謀，你都知道。不要赦免他們的罪孽，也不要從你面前塗抹他們的罪惡，要叫他們在你面前跌倒；願你發怒的時候罰辦他們。

耶和華－萬軍之神啊，求你聽我的禱告！雅各的神啊，求你留心聽！（細拉）

不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉它，因為我耶和華－你的神是忌邪的神。恨我的，我必追討他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代；

耶和華－萬軍之神啊，你向你百姓的禱告發怒，要到幾時呢？

因為，外人起來攻擊我，強暴人尋索我的命；他們眼中沒有神。（細拉）

神又對摩西說：「你要對以色列人這樣說：『耶和華－你們祖宗的神，就是亞伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神，打發我到你們這裏來。』耶和華是我的名，直到永遠；這也是我的紀念，直到萬代。
