For behold, they lie in wait for my life; fierce men stir up strife against me. For no transgression or sin of mine, O Lord,

因为，他们埋伏要害我的命；有能力的人聚集来攻击我。耶和华啊，这不是为我的过犯，也不是为我的罪愆。

因为他们埋伏要害我命，强悍的人聚集攻击我，耶和华啊，不是为我的过犯，也不是为我的罪愆。

看啊，他们要暗害我。耶和华啊，我并未犯罪作恶，凶残的人却攻击我。

看哪！他们埋伏要害我的性命；强盛的人聚集起来攻击我；耶和华啊！这不是因我的过犯，也不是因我的罪恶。

看哪，他们埋伏要害我的性命，凶猛的人聚集来攻击我！耶和华啊，这不是因我的过犯，也不是因我的罪！

因為，他們埋伏要害我的命；有能力的人聚集來攻擊我。耶和華啊，這不是為我的過犯，也不是為我的罪愆。

看哪！他們埋伏要害我的性命；強盛的人聚集起來攻擊我；耶和華啊！這不是因我的過犯，也不是因我的罪惡。

因為他們埋伏要害我的性命；有勢力的人結夥來攻擊我，並不是為了我的過犯，也不是為了我的罪。

看哪，他們埋伏要害我的性命，凶猛的人聚集來攻擊我！耶和華啊，這不是因我的過犯，也不是因我的罪！

彼眾潛伏、欲害我命、強者集而敵我、耶和華歟、非因我過、非因我罪兮、

耶和華兮、我未嘗獲罪於彼、強者咸集、設伏以害予兮。

彼眾窺伺欲害我命、主歟、我無罪無辜、強橫人聚集來攻我、

救我於作惡之徒兮。全我於暴虐之流。

See how they lie in wait for me! Fierce men conspire against me for no offense or sin of mine, Lord.

See how they hide and wait for me! Lord, angry people plan to harm me, even though I haven’t hurt them in any way or sinned against them.

They have set an ambush for me. Fierce enemies are out there waiting, Lord, though I have not sinned or offended them.

Because look, LORD, they set an ambush for me. Powerful men attack me, but not because of any sin or rebellion of mine.

For behold, they have set an ambush for my life; Fierce men attack me, Not for my wrongdoing nor for my sin, Lord,

For look, they lie in wait for my life; The mighty gather against me, Not for my transgression nor for my sin, O Lord.

For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul; The mighty gather themselves together against me: Not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O Jehovah.

Lord, look! They set an ambush for me. Powerful men attack me, but not because of any sin or rebellion of mine.

For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered against me; not[ for] my transgression, nor[ for] my sin, O LORD.

For look, they wait to ambush me; powerful men stalk me, but not because I have rebelled or sinned, O LORD.

For, behold, they lie in wait for my soul. The mighty gather themselves together against me, not for my disobedience, nor for my sin, Yahweh.

They stir up strife, they lurk; they watch my steps, as they have waited for my life.

More in number than the hairs of my head are those who hate me without cause; mighty are those who would destroy me, those who attack me with lies. What I did not steal must I now restore?

See, my father, see the corner of your robe in my hand. For by the fact that I cut off the corner of your robe and did not kill you, you may know and see that there is no wrong or treason in my hands. I have not sinned against you, though you hunt my life to take it.

The godly has perished from the earth, and there is no one upright among mankind; they all lie in wait for blood, and each hunts the other with a net.

He said to David,“ You are more righteous than I, for you have repaid me good, whereas I have repaid you evil.

But do not be persuaded by them, for more than forty of their men are lying in ambush for him, who have bound themselves by an oath neither to eat nor drink till they have killed him. And now they are ready, waiting for your consent.”

And he said,“ Why does my lord pursue after his servant? For what have I done? What evil is on my hands?

The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying,

Those who seek my life lay their snares; those who seek my hurt speak of ruin and meditate treachery all day long.

The wicked watches for the righteous and seeks to put him to death.The Lord will not abandon him to his power or let him be condemned when he is brought to trial.

he lurks in ambush like a lion in his thicket; he lurks that he may seize the poor; he seizes the poor when he draws him into his net.The helpless are crushed, sink down, and fall by his might.

The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers were gathered together, against the Lord and against his Anointed’—for truly in this city there were gathered together against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel,

And Saul spoke to Jonathan his son and to all his servants, that they should kill David. But Jonathan, Saul’s son, delighted much in David.

O Lord my God, if I have done this, if there is wrong in my hands,if I have repaid my friend with evil or plundered my enemy without cause,let the enemy pursue my soul and overtake it, and let him trample my life to the ground and lay my glory in the dust. SelahArise, O Lord, in your anger; lift yourself up against the fury of my enemies; awake for me; you have appointed a judgment.

But the word that is written in their Law must be fulfilled:‘ They hated me without a cause.’

The words of the wicked lie in wait for blood, but the mouth of the upright delivers them.
