彼驕泰詭譎、厥口詛咒、求主降罰、適當其罪兮。

其唇邊之言語、即其口中之罪孽、因驕傲、因出詈言誑語、必被拘困、

惟毋遽加剪滅兮。恐吾民因無敵而荒怠。願鼎力以驅逐之兮。使其不復為吾族之害。

Because of the sinful things they say, because of the evil that is on their lips, let them be captured by their pride, their curses, and their lies.

惟起誓、欺骗、杀害、偷盗、奸淫、残暴、流血又流血。

愚昧人的口自取败坏，他的嘴唇是自己生命的圈套。

他满口咒骂、诡诈、欺压，舌底尽是毒害、奸恶。

恶人骄横地追逼困苦人；愿他们陷在自己所设的计谋里。

我告诉你们，凡是人所说的闲话，在审判的日子，要句句供出来；因为要凭你的话定你为义，也要凭你的话定你有罪。”

诡诈的舌头啊，他会给你什么呢？会加给你什么呢？就是勇士的利箭、罗腾木的炭火。

正直人的义必拯救自己；奸诈人必被自己的欲望缠住。

但他们越发竭力地说：“他煽动百姓，在犹太全地传道，从加利利起，直到这里了。”

主啊，求你将我们邻邦所加给你的羞辱七倍归到他们身上。

“当那日，你必不再因一切得罪我的事蒙羞，因为那时我必从你中间除掉狂喜高傲的人，在我的圣山上你也不再狂傲。

他爱咒骂，咒骂就临到他；他不喜爱祝福，祝福就远离他！他拿咒骂当衣服穿上；这咒骂就如水进到他里面，如油进入他骨头。

至于那些昂首围困我的人，愿他们嘴唇的奸恶陷害自己！愿他们被丢在火中，火炭落在他们身上；愿他们被抛在深坑里，不能再起来！

你就被口中的言语套住，被嘴里的言语抓住。

众人都回答：“他的血归到我们和我们的子孙身上！”

但上帝要用箭射他们，他们忽然受了伤。他们必然绊跌，被自己的舌头所害；凡看见他们的都必摇头。

说：“大人，我们记得那迷惑人的还活着的时候曾说：‘三天后我要复活。’
