Thy vows are upon me, O God: I will render thank- offerings unto thee.

神啊，我向你所许的愿在我身上；我要将感谢祭献给你。

上帝啊，我要恪守向你发的誓言，献上感恩祭。

神啊！我要偿还我向你所许的愿，我要把感谢祭献给你。

神哪，我向你所许的愿在我身上，我要用感谢祭向你偿还！

神啊，我向你所許的願在我身上；我要將感謝祭獻給你。

上帝啊，我要向你還所許的願，我要以感謝祭回報你；

上帝歟、我負所許之願、必獻酬恩之祭於爾兮、

上帝兮、昔我許願、後必償之、祝謝靡已兮、

我於天主前許願、我必將感謝祭、奉獻主前、

血氣之倫。其如予何。

I am under vows to you, my God; I will present my thank offerings to you.

God, I have made promises to you. I will bring my thank offerings to you.

I must perform my vows to you, O God; I will render thank offerings to you.

I will fulfill my vows to you, O God, and will offer a sacrifice of thanks for your help.

I am obligated by vows to you, God; I will make my thanksgiving sacrifices to you.

Your vows are binding upon me, God; I will render thanksgiving offerings to You.

Vows made to You are binding upon me, O God; I will render praises to You,

I am obligated by vows to You, God; I will make my thank offerings to You.

Thy vows[ are] upon me, O God: I will render praises unto thee.

I am obligated to fulfill the vows I made to you, O God; I will give you the thank-offerings you deserve,

Your vows are on me, God. I will give thank offerings to you.

I will give thanks unto Jehovah with my whole heart; I will show forth all thy marvellous works.I will be glad and exult in thee; I will sing praise to thy name, O thou Most High.When mine enemies turn back, They stumble and perish at thy presence.

Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; And pay thy vows unto the Most High;

And God said unto Jacob, Arise, go up to Beth- el, and dwell there: and make there an altar unto God, who appeared unto thee when thou fleddest from the face of Esau thy brother.Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the foreign gods that are among you, and purify yourselves, and change your garments:and let us arise, and go up to Beth- el; and I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went.

Vow, and pay unto Jehovah your God: Let all that are round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.

I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people.Precious in the sight of Jehovah Is the death of his saints.O Jehovah, truly I am thy servant: I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid; Thou hast loosed my bonds.I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of Jehovah.I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people,In the courts of Jehovah’s house, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,so that I come again to my father’s house in peace, and Jehovah will be my God,then this stone, which I have set up for a pillar, shall be God’s house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.

And when she had weaned him, she took him up with her, with three bullocks, and one ephah of meal, and a bottle of wine, and brought him unto the house of Jehovah in Shiloh: and the child was young.And they slew the bullock, and brought the child to Eli.And she said, Oh, my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto Jehovah.For this child I prayed; and Jehovah hath given me my petition which I asked of him:therefore also I have granted him to Jehovah; as long as he liveth he is granted to Jehovah. And he worshipped Jehovah there.

When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou vowest.Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that is was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thy hands?

I have sworn, and have confirmed it, That I will observe thy righteous ordinances.

But I will sing of thy strength; Yea, I will sing aloud of thy lovingkindness in the morning: For thou hast been my high tower, And a refuge in the day of my distress.Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing praises: For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.

And she vowed a vow, and said, O Jehovah of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thy handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thy handmaid, but wilt give unto thy handmaid a man- child, then I will give him unto Jehovah all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.

I will come into thy house with burnt- offerings; I will pay thee my vows,Which my lips uttered, And my mouth spake, when I was in distress.

When a man voweth a vow unto Jehovah, or sweareth an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.Also when a woman voweth a vow unto Jehovah, and bindeth herself by a bond, being in her father’s house, in her youth,and her father heareth her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father holdeth his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth, none of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and Jehovah will forgive her, because her father disallowed her.And if she be married to a husband, while her vows are upon her, or the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul,and her husband hear it, and hold his peace at her in the day that he heareth it; then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.But if her husband disallow her in the day that he heareth it, then he shall make void her vow which is upon her, and the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul: and Jehovah will forgive her.But the vow of a widow, or of her that is divorced, even everything wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand against her.And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and Jehovah will forgive her.Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day, then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he hath established them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.But if he shall make them null and void after that he hath heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.These are the statutes, which Jehovah commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.

Be thou exalted, O Jehovah, in thy strength: So will we sing and praise thy power.

And in that day thou shalt say, I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah; for though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away and thou comfortest me.
