他在萬有之先，萬有也本着他而一同立住；

憑你的堅愛使我的仇敵滅絕，殺滅一切與我為敵的人；因為我是你的僕人。

拯救我們、的上帝啊，你以可怕的事申張正義來應我們；你本是地儘邊各處和遠方海角的人所倚靠的；

那些猶太人不但殺害主耶穌和神言傳講師，並且驅逐我們；不但不使上帝喜歡，並且跟一切人作對，攔阻我們向外國人講論而使他們得救——這無非是要讓他們自己的罪一直貫滿的；但上帝的義怒終於臨到他們到極點了。

壞事的定案不立刻施刑罰，故此人類的心敢於作壞事。

他們不在一般人之中受苦難，也不和普通人同遭災害。因此驕傲就做了他們的脖鍊兒；強暴的外披也遮住他們。

主啊，你乃是我們的居所，一代又一代。諸山未曾生出，地和世界未曾產生，從亙古到永遠、你乃是上帝。

這些國家的神有誰曾援救過他們的本地脫離我的手呢？難道永恆主能援救耶路撒冷脫離我的手麼？」』

『摩押自從幼年以來就安安逸逸，靜澱在糟滓之上，沒有從這器皿倒到那器皿；他未曾流亡去；因為他的原味尚存，其香氣未變。

那時我必拿燈探照耶路撒冷，我必察罰那些懶散人，那些沉澱於糟滓上的，那些心裏想着說：「永恆主必不降福，也不降禍」的。
