獨愛惡而憎善兮。處卑汚而為高。黑與白其相混兮。是與非其相淆。

Surely God will bring you down to everlasting ruin: He will snatch you up and pluck you from your tent; he will uproot you from the land of the living.

So God will destroy you forever. He will grab you and pluck you from your tent. He will remove you from this life.

I certainly believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living.

But the wicked will be eliminated from the land, And the treacherous will be torn away from it.

“ As for the head of those who surround me, May the harm of their lips cover them.May burning coals fall upon them; May they be cast into the fire, Into bottomless pits from which they cannot rise.May a slanderer not endure on the earth; May evil hunt a violent person violently.”

Behold, an evil person is pregnant with injustice, And he conceives harm and gives birth to lies.He has dug a pit and hollowed it out, And has fallen into the hole which he made.His harm will return on his own head, And his violence will descend on the top of his own head.

A false witness will not go unpunished, And one who declares lies will not escape.

I have seen a wicked, violent person Spreading himself like a luxuriant tree in its native soil.Then he passed away, and behold, he was no more; I searched for him, but he could not be found.

But God will shoot an arrow at them; Suddenly they will be wounded.So they will make him stumble; Their own tongue is against them; All who see them will shake their heads.Then all people will fear, And they will declare the work of God, And will consider what He has done.The righteous person will be glad in the Lord and take refuge in Him; And all the upright in heart will boast.

But for the cowardly, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and sexually immoral persons, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

But You, God, will bring them down to the pit of destruction; Men of bloodshed and deceit will not live out half their days. But I will trust in You.

He is torn from the security of his tent, And they march him before the king of terrors.

I will depose you from your office, And I will pull you down from your position.

Rescue my soul, Lord, from lying lips, From a deceitful tongue.What will He give to you, and what more will He do to you, You deceitful tongue?Sharp arrows of the warrior, With the burning coals of the broom tree!

I shall walk before the Lord In the land of the living.

Truthful lips will endure forever, But a lying tongue is only for a moment.

I said,“ I will not see the Lord, The Lord in the land of the living; I will no longer look on mankind among the inhabitants of the world.

A false witness will not go unpunished, And one who declares lies will perish.

And he said,‘ Then I request of you, father, that you send him to my father’s house—for I have five brothers— in order that he may warn them, so that they will not come to this place of torment as well.’

Though his arrogance reaches the heavens, And his head touches the clouds,He perishes forever like his refuse; Those who have seen him will say,‘ Where is he?’
