I have seen the wicked in great power, And spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil.But one passed by, and, lo, he was not: Yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.

But God will shoot at them; With an arrow suddenly shall they be wounded.So they shall be made to stumble, their own tongue being against them: All that see them shall wag the head.And all men shall fear; And they shall declare the work of God, And shall wisely consider of his doing.The righteous shall be glad in Jehovah, and shall take refuge in him; And all the upright in heart shall glory.

But for the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part shall be in the lake that burneth with fire and brimstone; which is the second death.

But thou, O God, wilt bring them down into the pit of destruction: Bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; But I will trust in thee.

He shall be rooted out of his tent wherein he trusteth; And he shall be brought to the king of terrors.

And I will thrust thee from thine office; and from thy station shalt thou be pulled down.
