爾謀殘害、爾行詭譎、如薙髮之刀、其鋒銛利兮、

行詐之人乎、爾舌利如薙刀、捏造毒害之詞、

You who practice deceit, your tongue plots destruction; it is like a sharpened razor.

You plan ways to destroy others. Your tongue is like a blade that has a sharp edge. You are always telling lies.

Your tongue plots destruction, like a sharp razor, you worker of deceit.

All day long you plot destruction. Your tongue cuts like a sharp razor; you’re an expert at telling lies.

Like a sharpened razor, your tongue devises destruction, working treachery.

“ And like their bow they have bent their tongues for lies. They are not valiant for the truth on the earth. For they proceed from evil to evil, And they do not know Me,” says the Lord.“ Everyone take heed to his neighbor, And do not trust any brother; For every brother will utterly supplant, And every neighbor will walk with slanderers.

You give your mouth to evil, And your tongue frames deceit.

Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven,“ Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.
